Selling Sunset properties

So, which of the expensive properties on Selling Sunset actually managed to get sold?

I just need to know whether Joey Essex bought that mansion

If there are two things Selling Sunset will always deliver on, it’s giving us some very messy drama and very expensive properties to drool over. Yes, there is literally no feasible way I would even be able to afford one room in any of the eyewatering expensive houses they show, but it’s fun to see how outrageous they all are anyway.

We saw a lot of properties this season with some being drop dead gorgeous and others being a bit naff, and yes I’m 100 per cent talking about Kanye’s mansion – you cannot tell me it doesn’t look like a multi-storey parking facility. Either way, some of them get sold whereas others are forever stuck as listed, so let’s find out which properties on Selling Sunset actually managed to get sold.

N Stanley Ave – Sold at $2,250,000

Via Netflix

This property was one of the first ones featured on the new season of Selling Sunset, and it is also the cheapest out of all the properties shown.

In devastating news for both the owner and Chrishell, the property was originally listed at a whopping $38,000,000 but the price was dramatically slashed to just $2,250,000 and it finally sold.

Manhattan Beach – Listed at $29,900,000

Via Netflix

This property is still on the market after Chelsea and Mary failed to close the deal, however, the price has been reduced down to $24.995 million.

Corona Del Mar – Sold at $24,500,000

Via Netflix

This stunning waterfront property featured five ensuite bedrooms, nine bathrooms and over 50 feet of private beachfront, what a dream. Whilst it was listed for $25 million it ended up selling for $24,500,000.

Hillcrest RD – Sold at $7 million

Via Netflix

The fact Jason spent over $5 million remodelling this house with the one and only Orlando Bloom is truly sending me. It seems all the hard work paid off though, as Jason managed to sell it for a cool $7 million.

F Ave Coronado – Sold at $28 million

Via Netflix

I would be quite keen to live in this one I won’t lie, although considering it ended up selling for $28 million I might need to take a raincheck on this one.

Maravilla Dr Villa – Listed at $7,988,000

Via Netflix

Sadly it seems like new Selling Sunset cast member Alanna was unable to sell one of her properties, despite the price being reduced to $6,744,012.

Carman Crest – Listed at $5.2 million

Via Netflix

To the surprise of none of us, Joey Esses didn’t end up buying the Californian villa and let’s be honest, did any of us really think he had that much disposable income to spend?

Malibu Mansion – Sold at $21 million

Via Netflix

Miraculously, Jason was actually able to sell Kanye West’s former mansion which he claimed was one of the most expensive houses in the world per square foot. The mansion was originally listed for $53 million but following escrow sold for a measly $21 million…
