There were TWO editing errors on Love Island last night so, surprise! This series is staged
We’re not even one week in!
It might have only been three days in the villa, but there have already been two editing errors during just one night on Love Island 2024. Shocking!
Both errors came right at the start of Wednesday night’s show, when the Islanders were still enjoying the evening, following the shock departure of Sam. They prove that two major conversations were so highly edited, there isn’t really a way of knowing how the chats really went down.
The first was really early on in the episode. The Islanders were just getting up from around the firepit, and Ronnie and Jess went over to some other seats to have a more private chat. As they walked over and sat down, there was a selection of cans and drinks on the table in front of them.

The camera then went to show Samatha and Joey also getting up and leaving the firepit together. When the camera returned to Jess and Ronnie, all the drinks were gone! We were shown Jess and Ronnie’s chat as though we caught it from the beginning, but actually the drinks disappearing proves there was a whole section of their chat at the start cut out.

What were they talking about in this time?! I need to know!
Just a few minutes later in the episode there was an error in the conversation between Ayo and Mimii. They went up to the terrace together to have a chat.

Whilst there, Ayo was continuously talking – but the editing error shows he definitely wasn’t, and this conversation has been cut up to appear as though Ayo was complimenting and sharing his feelings towards Mimii all at once.

Throughout the chat, Mimii’s wine glass swaps from being in her hand to on the table multiple times, without there being a single second where she could have done this. Suspicious!
