Sam Thompson says he’s having ‘best week of his life’ amid the Zara McDermott drama
Doesn’t look like he has any plans to take her back then
Sam Thompson has taken to Instagram to share how he’s still living his best life, despite all the drama that’s going on between him and his ex-girlfriend Zara McDermott.
The Made In Chelsea star has been uploading Instagram stories of him working on TV shows and seeing pals, which is a stark difference with Zara – who has posted a three minute grovelling video to Sam and another begging message yesterday.
Today, just to rub salt in the wounds, Sam said “this is the best week ever” as he showed off a dressing room he’s been given whilst working on a TV project. He said: “This has been the best week ever, I’m like a tourist. I never get asked to do anything like this, so twice in one week – my mum is going to be so proud.”
In September the couple broke up, and it was reported that Zara had cheated on Sam with “someone in the music industry”, while she was part of The X Factor: Celebrity – which was then later claimed to be music boss, Brahim Fouradi.
Zara finally admitted what she had done in a message posted to her Instagram. She said: “Hey Everyone. I just wanted to address the recent speculation in the media. A huge mistake I made a year ago has recently come to light and I want to face this head on.
“I don’t condone being unfaithful and I made a huge mistake at a time in my life where I was hugely selfish and immature. I believe I have learnt so much from my mistake. I want to apologise to my Sam for everything I have put him through, for the pain, the embarrassment, the anger and the hurt.
“All I want to do is make this right and I think the least he deserves is me being honest with myself and all of you. I love you Sam. Forever x.”
Earlier this week she posted on Instagram a three minute-long montage of couple pictures and clips to “Over and Over Again” by Nathan Sykes. The video ends with Zara writing “I promise I will love you over and over again”. Then two days later, Zara posted another quote which read: “But I want you to know that when I imagine myself happy, it is with you.”
At the same time, Sam Thompson was posting spon-con on Instagram and giving everyone a tour of himself appearing on Tipping Point and getting delicious dinners in his dressing room. And now he’s back in another dressing room, saying he’s having the best time ever.
