Sam first joined the team at The Sheffield Tab as News Editor in September 2024, before becoming Editor-in-Chief in May 2025. He has also had prior experience in podcasting and magazines, and has had bylines in the Sheffield Star, Yorkshire Post, and Derbyshire Times.
Sam is currently a second year BA Journalism Studies student at the University of Sheffield. As part of this, he is also working towards NCTJ accreditation.
