New acts announced for Tramlines 2025 festival

New acts have been announced for Sheffield’s Tramlines 2025 – with comedy “heavyweights” set to take to the stage.

Tramlines will return to Hillsborough Park in July, and the existing star-studded lineup already includes headliners Pulp, Kasabian, and The Reytons.

Joining them will be newly-announced comedians Russell Howard, Lucy Beaumont, and Justin Moorhouse.

Tramlines Operations Director Timm Cleasby said: “Tramlines has always been about more than music, and this year’s comedy line-up is proof of that. There’s nothing better than seeing the comedy tent packed out, everyone belly-laughing at some of the best in the business.

“We’ve got TV favourites, rising stars, and grassroots legends all bringing their A-game to Hillsborough. Sheffield knows how to have a laugh, and this year’s comedy programme is shaping up to be one to remember.”

Other comedians scheduled to appear include Live at the Apollo performer Emmanuel Sonubi, Leicester Mercury Comedian of the Year Nina Gilligan, and Sheffield’s John Shuttleworth.

This year’s Tramlines takes place between 25th and 27th July, with limited tickets for the final day still available.
