Marines go viral for wild acts in Thailand after 250 days at sea, and the videos are intense

Marines and sailors aboard USS Abraham Lincoln finally got shore leave after a landmark 250 days at sea, and then chaos ensued in Thailand’s notorious resort city Pattaya. 

There were a whopping 5,000 sailors and Marines set to storm Pattaya at the start of the month, and though shore leave was staggered, authorities in Thailand fortold unbridled chaos during that time. 

“We are doing our best, but it is difficult,” Pattaya police chief Anek Srathongyoo as he implemented a range of safety measures and precautions ahead of shore leave. 

Specifically, authorities in both Thailand and the US were worried about one major factor of Pattaya: S*x tourism. Those sailors had been trapped on a ship for 250 days, and though we know that, historically, sailors dabble in some same-sex activity, it’s obviously a major issue if thousands of sailors are trying to solicit prostitutes across the city. Despite the rampant s*x work in Thailand, it’s still illegal. 

In fact, it sparked warnings from both the US Navy and the Marine core, with Thai officials also warning sailors to be careful. 

Pattaya’s mayor Poramet Ngampichet said: “For Pattaya to be seen as an important vacation spot is something that we have aimed for. We welcome more visits of the troops in the future, whether for a drill or a vacation, before they go back to the U.S.”

Despite all the warnings, videos went viral on Twitter that showed the Marines and sailors letting loose. It’s forced US military officials to rework deployment and shore leave in the future, The New York Post reported.

In this video, one of the soldiers- nay, most of the soldiers are shirtless and dancing. People immediately zeroed in on the fact that the guy in the front was seemingly not wearing underwear.

Though Thai officials cracked down on s*x work in preparation for the shore leave, they warned that many women would not take no for an answer. In this video, one man was attempting to walk through the red-light district as women literally dragged him around. The bar in the background is literally called Sl*tz.

This is another video that went massively viral, largely because the men outright ignored the women attempting to get their attention. Gay claims emerged in response, but that’s pure speculation from people who have never heard of self-control.

The lads were just having a good old time in this video, but I don’t know; a room full of randy straight men is a recurring nightmare of mine.

It’s not clear what happened in this video, but it was a full-on fight. The caption claimed it was women fighting over US sailors. 

Though there are many (many) more videos out there, the sailors and Marines returned to their ship over the weekend, so Thailand is free.
