Chase Stokes finally addresses if he’s had any plastic surgery after years of rumours
He’s set the record straight
For years, people have been speculating that Chase Stokes has had some work done to his face, and he’s finally addressed it.
The actor went on the I’ve Never Said This Before podcast following the release of the final season of Outer Banks and was asked to reveal “the most ridiculous assumption or rumour” he’s seen about himself online.
He instantly replied without a second thought: “The amount of plastic surgery I’ve had. I see these doctors who are like, ‘He’s got an upper [blepharoplasty]’ and, ‘He’s got his lips done.’ Like legitimate doctors.”
Denying the rumours once and for all, he added: “On the record, I will say it, I’ve never had any work done on my face. It’s so funny to me to see them go into the details of it all. I’m like, ‘Oh man, you should probably have your license revoked there’.”

Stokes said he’s always ignored the surgery comments up until now because he doesn’t want to give them “exposure,” but enough is enough.
“I used to be a little more online with that stuff, but I’ve realised to just shut up. It’s so tough, but then you realise when you comment, you give them more exposure,” he said.
So, he’s never had any work done, but Stokes did have a very strict diet and exercise routine while filming the final season of Outer Banks.
“When I was doing Outer Banks, I was intermittent fasting almost until two o’clock every day,” he told Men’s Health this week. “Just so I could keep the weight off with John B, and I was drinking upwards of a gallon of water in that time to keep myself full.

“Now, I wake up at 7 am, fast until 10 or 11, and have a hearty breakfast. Then, I go to the gym, and when I come back, I have a protein shake. Later, I have another oomph of protein.”
He continued: “There was a lot of lighter weight, higher reps with John B to sort of keep that lean look, and now, it’s a lot more of heavy compound lifts. It’s almost sort of mirroring a version of what a wide receiver, or even a tight end, would do. A lot of cleans, squats, Bulgarian split squats, deadlifts. I’m benching for the first time in a long time, trying to hit maxes.”
