The tragic final conversation between Hulk Hogan and daughter Brooke before his death

Survived by his wife, Sky Daily, daughter Brooke, and son Nick, former WWE wrestler Hulk Hogan passed away on Thursday as his family issued a devastating statement.

They wrote on Instagram alongside an iconic picture of Hulk: “It is with a heavy heart and deep sadness that we confirm we have lost a legend. Our beloved Terry Bollea, known worldwide as Hulk Hogan, passed away today surrounded by his loved ones. At this time of grief, we ask that everyone please respect the privacy of his family and friends.

“May we all take solace in the wonderful memories he left behind for the millions of fans worldwide whose lives he touched for more than four decades. He will be missed, but never forgotten.”

Hulk Hogan and his daughter Brooke had been estranged for a number of years before his death, and now their final conversation has been revealed.

Hulk Hogan’s daughter said ‘I love you’ in their final talk

Hulk Hogan and Brooke had not spoken for at least eight years, but despite that, a source claimed there was still a lot of love on the wrestler’s side.

“He was very proud of her, she was his little girl,” a source close to the Hogan family told Page Six. “We still can’t believe he is gone.”

According to a new report by TMZ, Hulk’s last conversation with Brooke was two weeks before he tied the knot with Sky in 2023. Brooke did not attend the nuptials.

The conversation allegedly happened over the phone, with Brooke expressing “deep love and concern for her father” whilst cautioning him to take care of himself amidst declining health.

While Brooke did urge her father to take it slow and enjoy life in his later years, Hulk brushed off concerns while offering a “vague” apology for an undisclosed problem. The call did not end on the best of terms.

The report also detailed how Brooke was “coming from a place of love and concern”, even if it wasn’t well recieved. Her husband, Steven Oleksy, had tried to mend the relationship, including when she nearly died in childbirth, but “Hulk responded coldly and never made an effort.”

“Our sources say he ultimately only wanted a relationship with her under his terms,” the report added.

Brooke did manage to say “I love you” during that final confrontation, but it’s not clear whether Hulk Hogan returned his daughter’s affections.

A cause of death is yet to be revealed.
