Watch Jorgeous’ devastating reaction to losing the Drag Race crown on All Stars 10

It’s honestly heartbreaking

The Drag Race fandom has been reeling from the All Stars 10 crowing after Ginger Minj beat out Jorgeous to be crowned RuPaul’s winner over the weekend – and it’s one of the most disruptive crownings in the history of the show. Ginger Minj has been at the centre of a lot of backlash and calling out not just from fans but from other queens – who were unsatisfied with the result of the lip sync smackdown and how the season as a whole felt tailor made for Ginger Minj success. Ginger Minj is incredibly talented and has nearly been a finalist in every season she’s turned up to compete in – which is a lot – but her win wasn’t the victory most fans were hoping for. Now Jorgeous, who lost the crown at the final moment and placed runner up, has broken her silence on losing Drag Race and her reaction is absolutely devastating.

Jorgeous, you’re breaking my heart

As is commonplace with Drag Race, the top two queens – in this case, Ginger Minj and Jorgeous – will have filmed both versions of victories. They do not know who wins the season til we at home watch it, and so the show releases the footage of the queens truly finding out who wins.

When RuPaul says Ginger Minj is a winner, it’s heartbreaking watching Jorgeous try and keep it all together. You can see the devastation in her face. She congratulates Ginger, but you can truly see she is gutted. Jorgeous says to Ginger, “You’re the winner of All Stars 10 b*tch. You f*cking did it.”

Ginger Minj, truly the sweetest, is quick to ask Jorgeous if she’s okay. Jorgeous says “of course I am” – but even she is not that good of an actor. Ginger says “I’ve been in that position, I know how it feels” – which is very authentic since she has literally been runner up twice before.

Jorgeous and Ginger were incredibly gracious throughout the whole thing – and beautifully supportive of one another.

Here’s what Jorgeous has said since

Jorgeous has posted a few posts online since losing the crown. One of them was “That was All Stars 10, y’all” with that iconic gif of the chuckling duck smoking a cig. She then further said “Not gonna lie, I was sad as f*ck yesterday. Now I just feel hollow. I don’t know, might delete later.”

Poor Jorgeous, it’s devastating watching her lose Drag Race. And poor Ginger too – who deserves to have a win that feels like it’s been truly celebrated. Everything just feels off after that finale.
