Applications are now open for The London Tab’s 2025/26 editorial team, and we want you!
No experience required, you just need to be a student at one of the universities in London
The London Tab is officially opening applications for its 2025/26 editorial team, and we’re looking for a fresh new group of students to take the lead.
As most of our current editorial team are graduating, we’re recruiting for the roles of Editor in Chief, News Editor, Features Editor, and TikTok Editor.
Whether you’re interested in breaking news, writing fun stories, or creating content for socials, this is your chance to shape the next year of The London Tab.
You don’t need to have loads of experience, you just be a university student at any university in London (excluding King’s, there’s The King’s Tab which is taking on new contributors!) who’s keen to get stuck into journalism.
Training and support will be also provided by experienced journalists at The Tab HQ, so you’ll be guided every step of the way.
All we ask is that you’re able to attend and help run weekly meetings in London.
Holding an editorial role at The London Tab is a fantastic opportunity, offering invaluable journalism experience that can open many doors, and looks great on your CV.
You’ll also get the chance to write articles for our national site which attracts around nine million views per month, attend fun events with other Tab teams at our HQ in London (convenient location, right?), as well as receive in-depth training from qualified journalists.
So, if you’re ready to build your skills, grow your portfolio and be part of a team making real impact on the many London campuses, we’d love to hear from you.
The deadline for submitting applications is Monday 5th April at 2pm, so don’t miss it!
