Uh, this deeply unexpected MAFS Australia couple is secretly feuding after the show?!

One of the seemingly best-matched couples from MAFS Australia 2025 is apparently “at war” in real life, and I’m still processing this information.

I hate to break it to you, but Jamie Marinos and Dave Hand don’t seem to be together anymore. Their relationship hits a rough patch in episodes that have aired in Australia, but not in the UK yet. Jamie has been spotted on a date with someone else in a Melbourne restaurant in March.

Now, it’s been reported that this MAFS Australia couple are feuding in real life and are “embarrassed” by each other’s behaviour after the show.

A source told Yahoo Lifestyle: “Dave has felt disappointed at how Jamie has failed to defend him in all the press interviews she’s been getting lately. He thinks she has been making the backlash he’s had even worse and just stirring fans against him.”

Jamie has been invited to lots of fancy press events to promote MAFS Australia. Apparently other cast members are resentful she was picked to go on a trip to New Zealand.

Another source said: “Jamie has been embarrassed by how Dave has been hanging out with all the has-been reality stars in Melbourne, posing for the paps and selling video messages. It just makes her think more than ever that he wasn’t on MAFS for the right reasons and she wants to distance herself completely.”

A few weeks ago, Dave went to a boujie cafe in Melbourne called Blk and Whyte with Zac Nunns (from Love Island Australia 2023) and Alan Wallace (who was on Love Triangle in 2023 and was rumoured to be dating Alyssa Barmonde from MAFS 2023). He charges a whopping $71 AUD (£34.65) for minute-long Cameo videos, which makes Jacqui’s Cameo seem like an absolute bargain.
