Someone who sat with Danny Jones and Maura Higgins reveals what really went on after the Brits
Apparently they spent most of the night together
A Brits attendee has revealed what really went on at the awards ceremony after footage emerged of Danny Jones appearing to kiss his I’m A Celeb co-star Maura Higgins.
Danny and Maura have found themselves at the centre of huge controversy after they attended Universal Music’s Brits afterparty alongside a flurry of other B-listers. At around 3 am, Danny and Maura were said to be in the foyer of the building as people captured videos of them strikingly close to one another. Were they kissing? Whispering some secrets? A very close staring context? Your guess is as good as mine.
Danny and Maura are yet to address the moment publically, as is Danny’s wife Georgia Horsley, but now an insider has shed further light on what happened at the exclusive afterparty.

MailOnline journalist Bethan Edwards was lucky enough to attend the star-studded afterparty where she spotted Maura’s ex Pete Wicks with Love Island’s Olivia Attwood. Bethan ended up seated alongside Danny, Maura, and an unidentified third woman.
“Maura and Danny remained in the booth together for most of the night laughing and chatting away before I’m A Celeb co-star Oti Mabuse joined them for a catch-up and to pose for a photo,” she wrote for the publication. “The trio seemed happier than ever as Maura rested her head on Danny’s shoulder while a pal snapped a picture of them.”

As celebrities came and went, including Danny’s McFly bandmate Tom Fletcher, Danny and Maura reportedly remained together for much of the evening. At 2:30 am they were socialising with people in the booth, but just before 3 am – when the kiss allegedly happened – Danny and Maura left the venue for the foyer.
“They were then seen leaving the venue as part of a larger group including Danny’s bandmate Tom,” she noted. “Maura then headed home alone in a taxi.”
