What the Love Is Blind season eight cast actually do as jobs, according to their LinkedIns

Every year when Love Is Blind is on, the cast members give really vague descriptions of their jobs – and season eight has been just the same. There’s been a bit of confusion surrounding what some of the daters do for work.

So, to clear things up, there’s no better way to dig up the real dirt than a dive into LinkedIn. Nothing hides here. On their profiles, the cast members have shared all about their job titles, companies, and some have even given little descriptions of themselves. All very professional, of course!

Not all of them have accounts, but of of those who do, here’s a rundown of the jobs the cast of Love Is Blind season eight have, according to the LinkedIn profiles.

Lauren

When she joined the cast of Love Is Blind, it was said Lauren worked in educational sales. According to her LinkedIn, Lauren works as a curriculum specialist and the Social Studies School Service. She’s worked there for a year and a half. Before this, she was an educational sales consultant. She also has a degree in teaching. 

Ben

Ben’s profile is really giving corporate. He’s verified, and has a fancy headshot for a picture. According to his account, Ben is a “strong sales professional with a demonstrated history of working in the technology and real estate industries.” He is currently listed as a self-employed real estate developer.

Madison is an artist. But, her LinkedIn gives a bit more of an insight into her career as a social media manager. She’s currently in this role, for a company she’s worked at for over two years.

Her LinkedIn bio adds: “People-orientated social media manager focused on generating positive and strategic results. Recognised skills in leading and executing projects, digital marketing, and communication. Strong passion to celebrate diversity and work towards the long-term success of all parties.”

Dave

What Dave does for work has been a question on everyone’s lips. Mainly because he stepped into the pods, said he worked in the cosmetic industry and was surrounded by women who had work done. He said because of this, he expected all women to look this way. Yikes.

A quick look at his LinkedIn reveals that during the show, he worked in medical device sales at a company called Sofwave Medical. The aesthetic medicine company is based in Israel with headquarters in California, United States, although Dave worked in Chicago and Minneapolis. His job specifically involved promoting medical equipment, products and services associated with plastic surgery to hospitals and medical centres. 

However, he’s since left this job and now works as an account executive. He works for a legal company called Veritext Legal Solutions, which provides court reporters to serve law firms, corporations, government and other entities in the United States. He started the job in August 2024, months after filming for Love Is Blind began in March and April that year.

Monica

Monica was listed as working in digital marketing when she joined Love Is Blind, which is a very broad title. Right now, her LinkedIn explains she’s an associate manager at General Mills. She’s worked there for 11 months, and prior to this had a number of marketing and account managing jobs.

Devin

Devin and Virginia bonded over their mutual work with children and in sports. Devin’s LinkedIn lists him as a youth sports program director at T.WILL Sports. He’s also got his own company. He’s the founder of D3 Training LLC.

“I am currently a basketball trainer and a sports instructor, helping kids develop their skills and creating an opportunity for them to find their passion for sports,” his profile reads.

Taylor

There are a couple of nurses in the cast of Love Is Blind season eight, Taylor being one of them. She’s a colonoscopy nurse. According to her LinkedIn, she works at Aya Healthcare, the largest healthcare talent software and staffing company in the United States. She’s been there for over four years. Taylor also has a degree in nursing.

Joey

Joey’s LinkedIn kicks you off with a photo of him with short hair, which feels wrong to see. As he joined Love Is Blind, Joey was listed as a physician associate, which is identical to what his LinkedIn states. The current clinic he works at has been his workplace for nearly a whopping 10 years.

Mason

Mason has all the right to flex, because he’s a cinematographer for work. He has a very vibey LinkedIn which lists him as a senior editor, for an agency he’s worked for, for nearly nine years. He also has a degree in media and journalism, and his own website to display his showreel.
