Grace and Luca have revealed how well they *really* knew each other before All Stars

The whole way through All Stars, people were unsure if Grace and Luca were faking it for the cameras, but since leaving they’ve assured everyone they are the real deal.

There was also a lot of debate about whether they already knew each other too after a picture surfaced of them together, and they’ve now revealed the truth.

Speaking to Sophie Habboo and Melissa Tattam on the Wednesdays podcast, they said they had met quite a few times before and even exchanged some messages.

“So we’d met in a social setting with a bit of work that I’d done and to be honest we didn’t really speak much” Grace said.

Luca revealed it was at a boxing event, which matches up with the viral pic of them together. It was taken in 2023, when she was a ring girl at a boxing match.

“We said ‘Hello’ and I always thought you were good looking but I just think we didn’t – I don’t know – and I was also was just very anti-boyfriend.”

She said she was having fun with friends at the event, so never considered chatting to Luca romantically. However, that’s not the only time they’d met.

“We’ve literally been at dinners together with big groups and never spoke,” she continued – but there definitely something there because they exchanged some secret messages.

Luca revealed that he slid into Grace’s DMs saying “Merry Christmas” in December 2024, the month before they flew to South Africa.

He wouldn’t have done that unless he fancied her, and he was obviously hoping the message would lead to something more. However, Grace didn’t reveal whether she replied.

She is also best friends with Harriett, who has been pals with Luca since childhood, so it seems a bit strange that they hadn’t got together already.

Being chucked in a villa together for weeks on end was clearly the push they needed to explore things romantically – and they seem pretty loved up now!

The happy couple literally haven’t left each other’s side since leaving Love Island, and lots of people are saying they are the “real winners”.
