Grammys and LAPD officials respond to claim Bianca Censori will face charges for x-rated stunt
Some have called for her to be charged with indecent exposure
After Bianca Censori appeared on the Grammys red carpet wearing next to nothing, many people called for her to face criminal charges and now officials and the LAPD have responded.
Jaden Smith’s gothic hat was nearly the weirdest Grammys moment on Sunday, that was until Bianca and husband Kanye West posed for pictures on the red carpet. In a moment we now understand was a tribute to Kanye’s Vultures 1 album, Bianca dropped her overcoat to reveal a nude illusion that admittedly didn’t even look like an illusion.
Amid genuine concerns about Bianca’s relationship, many people questioned whether she would face charges for indecent exposure in a public setting. But it doesn’t look like that’s the case.

It was initially believed that Bianca could face indecent exposure charges as California Penal Code 314(1) cited the crime being “when a person exposes his or her naked body or genitals in front of anyone who could be annoyed or offended by it.”
To be found guilty of the crime, she would have had to “intentionally expose your genitals or naked body; expose yourself in front of someone who might be offended or annoyed by it; intend to direct attention to yourself; and intend to sexually gratify yourself or offend someone else when you do it.”
But now, an exclusive to TMZ has revealed that Bianca won’t face any charges for her NSFW appearance on the Grammys red carpet.
“AEG officials and the Recording Academy had security on site when Kanye and Bianca showed up and turned heads, but no one made any formal complaints about Bianca’s busty display,” a source close to the event organisers said.

The source also explained that Kanye told organisers he would be making an appearance on the red carpet before going home. He has since dubbed the awards show “boring.”
Similarly, a source within the LAPD told the publication that the awards show is a private event. No one from the Grammys had contacted the police so it doesn’t look like they are pursuing charges.
Looks like Bianca is all clear for now, that is until the next red carpet. See you at the BET Awards in April!
