Here’s the narcissistic secret meaning behind Bianca Censori’s risqué Grammys dress

In the most Kanye West moment we’ve seen yet, the man himself attended the Grammys last night with his wife Bianca Censori donning an overcoat which she ditched to reveal a nude illusion dress.

“Custom Couture Grammy dress for the most beautiful woman ever. My best friend. My wife,” Kanye wrote on Instagram in a series of posts that have since been deleted.

A number of news outlets and pop culture Twitter pages have since speculated that the ensemble was a tribute to former Playboy model Rita G who starred in Kanye’s 2008 music video for Flashing Lights. In the video, she straddles a Mustang before ditching her sunglasses and fur coat to reveal nothing but underwear underneath. Sound familiar?

Though that could also be true, a source has now confirmed another running theory.

Over the years, Kanye West has weathered controversy after controversy as everyone from ex-wife Kim Kardashian to psychologists dubbed him a narcissist. Now it seems Kanye is up to his old tricks.

As people on Twitter and Reddit speculated about the reasoning behind the shocking display, besides the obvious clout chasing, a source seemingly confirmed one theory to Page Six. Apparently, the ensemble was a tribute to Kanye’s Vultures 1 album from 2024.

Was it a nod to a particularly heartwarming song or theme in the album? Of course not, it was because Bianca also posed nude for the cover.

“A source exclusively tells Page Six that the couple was trying to recreate the 2024 cover artwork,” the publication wrote.

On the cover of the album, which was described as “average” by critics, Bianca stood with her back to the camera wearing nothing but black thigh-high boots and the tiniest bit of fabric covering her behind. Much like the paparazzi pictures from last night, Kanye can be seen standing behind his wife on the album cover with a sheer piece of black fabric over his face.

Another element that added weight to the theory was Kanye’s strange movements on the red carpet. He seemed to stand awkwardly behind his missus like he was hiding from the camera, but now that makes sense.

After Vultures 2 last year, which completely bombed in reviews, Kanye is expected to release Vulture 3 in the near future. Fingers crossed we don’t get another recreation.
