From Chappell to Charli: The secret moments the cameras didn’t show at the Grammys 2025

Taylor Swift and Blue Ivy becoming besties was not on my bingo card

The 2025 Grammys are over, but the tea is far from being spilt. Even if you religiously watched the Grammys on TV and thought you caught every little detail, you’d be wrong. Unfortunately for us, the camera crew can’t be everywhere at every given moment, and a lot of iconic stuff happened without anyone knowing. Here’s a rundown of all the juicy moments the cameras didn’t show at the 2025 Grammys.

Taylor Swift and Margaret Qualley danced to Billie Eilish

in a fun-filled moment caught by People, Taylor and Margaret were seen dancing to Billie Eilish and her brother Finneas as they performed Birds of a Feather on stage. Margaret is the wife of Jack Antonoff, Taylor’s long-time friend and music collaborator.

Taylor was also seen sitting with Cynthia Erivo and holding her pinky finger just like Ariana did in *that* infamous interview. Honestly, I’m never getting over this.

Taylor Swift, Gracie Abrams and Blue Ivy are basically besties now

During an advertisement break, Taylor had a very long and lively chat with Blue Ivy Carter, Beyoncé’s daughter. A minute or so into the discussion, Gracie Abrams joined in. Oh, to be a fly on the wall during that conversation!

Charli XCX and Chappell Roan were chatting

During another ad break, people caught Charli XCX and Chappell Roan (the two artists of the year in my opinion) having a chat. Probably about how they were going to dominate the entire world now they’d locked in the music industry. Just two queens carrying music of 2024 on their backs.

Chappell was a busy bee last night and was also caught speaking to Shaboozey. In another moment, someone saw her running out of the arena whilst somebody held her train. She’s chaos, and I love it.

Chappell Roan went and spoke to Beyoncé, because why wouldn’t you

Chappell also took time to go and say hello to Queen Bey during another ad break and waved to Trevor Noah as he went onstage. Jack Antonoff also went over to speak with Chappell, which can only mean earth-shattering things for music fans.

SZA was Raye’s biggest fan

SZA is the people’s princess when it comes to music, and she was the first to jump out of her seat and cheer for Raye when she hit her big note in the Best New Artist medley performance last night. We love to see a queen supporting a queen!
