Selena Gomez responds after her video causes Republican senate to demand she’s deported
Someone tell Sam Parker she was born on American soil right now
After Selena Gomez instantly went viral for her extremely emotional video in tears following the deportation of Mexican people from the United States, one of Donald Trump’s chief Republican staffers, Senate hopeful Sam Parker, demanded she gets deported – despite the fact she’s literally American. Selena Gomez has now clapped back to Sam Parker claiming she should be deported, and she honestly shut him right up.
After Donald Trump took office as the 47th president of the United States last week, he instigated a series of extreme rules alongside stripping back protections for a range of minority groups. ICE raids over the weekend rounded up 956 people across numerous major US cities, with Selena Gomez posting an emotional video in response.
“I just want to say that I’m so sorry. All my people are getting attacked,” she said on Monday. “The children. I don’t understand. I’m so sorry I wish I could do something but I can’t. “I don’t know what to do. I’ll try everything, I promise.”

After the video started going viral, the ludicrous Sam Parker tweeted to his 177K Twitter followers “Deport Selena Gomez.” Selena Gomez, it’s worth noting, was born in Texas. She has an Italian mother and a father of Mexican descent.
He also posted her video and said “Deport Selena Gomez. Selena Gomez picked illegals over America b/c she’s the 3rd gen descendent of Mexican illegals who received citizenship in the ’87 Amnesty. She has an entitlement attitude toward America, like her illegal g’parents. Maybe Selena should be deported, too?”
