It came as a massive to shock to all Love Island Australia fans when Phoebe Spiller and Mitch Eliot revealed they had decided to end their relationship. The two met together whilst on Love Island Australia 2022 and their relationship seemed to go from strength to strength once they left the villa.
In fact, the couple were in such a good place that Mitch even got a tattoo on his arm in December which he got in honour of Phoebe. That’ll be a fun one to have lasered off…

Phoebe has opened up more about how much she’s struggling with their breakup in a heartbreaking TikTok, where she admitted it’s the “worst feeling ever.”
She tearfully told her followers: “Hi guys, if you’re seeing this then that means me and Mitch have already announced our break up to the world, which is terrifying. We haven’t done it yet and I feel like I’ve really been trying to push it out because I feel like it makes it more real.
“I mean, it’s only been eight days. All I do is cry. It’s awful. This is the worst feeling ever, and I really hope that you guys can help me out. I mean, I love you all so much. Whenever I post this, if I ever do, please help me. I just feel like I can’t breathe, I feel so alone.
“And I never thought I’d be that girl sitting here crying talking to myself, or to my TikTok, who the f*ck am I? Maybe it’ll make me feel better. It’s been eight days and it’s been the worst eight days of my life.”

In their breakup statements, Love Island Australia stars Phoebe and Mitch explained they had decided to break up because they “wanted separate things.”
Mitch wrote: “Unfortunately, me and Phoebe have decided after two years that we would go our separate ways. Never thought I’d be one to make a break up post, but I feel like it’s needed so we can focus on getting through this and moving on.
“Phoebe, we fell in love the day we met and from then on you showed me what it’s like to be so bloody loved. You gave me an amazing two years and I can’t thank you enough for that. But we need time to grow as our own people.”
Phoebe wrote in her statement: “I honestly never thought I’d be writing this, but unfortunately Mitch and I have separated. As you can imagine, I have been a wreck and not in a good head space as of lately, so I’d really appreciate it if you guys don’t ask questions or make assumptions.
“As much as I wanted him to be my forever, we ended up wanting different things. Regardless of that though, I will always love him. Thank you for everyone who has supported us from day one.”
