Cambridge Club Festival to offer students discounted entry
Lionel Richie, Billy Ocean and others will be performing next summer
Vedika MandapatiThe Cambridge Centre for Music Performance, which launched earlier this year, has partnered with the Cambridge Club Festival to announce a student discount for the first time.
The Cambridge Club festival is an annual “disco and discovery” event that takes place in Childerly Orchard. As per Cambridge News, last year’s festival saw crowds of over 25,000 in the summer.
Any students wanting to buy tickets should sign up here using their University of Cambridge email address, where they will be sent a booking link and discount code.
Headliners for their summer 2023 festival were recently announced, and include Lionel Richie, Grace Jones and Kool and the Gang.
This year’s line-up will also feature student performers for the very first time after a winner is selected from the new Take it to the Bridge band competition: the winning group will be offered a set at the festival.
