Preview: S.H.E.E.P: A Comedy Sketch Show

This Wednesday 3rd March at 8pm, as part of the ADC Online season, S.H.E.E.P. – A Comedy Sketch Show will be premiering on the ADC Theatre Youtube channel for free! We spoke to the creative team behind this zany show, and here’s what they had to say about it:

What do you call a sheep that makes you laugh?

Well firstly there’s 8 of them. And it’s the cast of the S.H.E.E.P 2021 line-up, obviously. 

Whilst you’ve been getting down and locked, our comedians have been preparing to bring you a night of delusional baa-nter. Encapsulating our entire mood as we approach Week 5 of another rollercoaster term, S.H.E.E.P endeavours to bring you something even more bonkers than Dizzee Rascal. There’ll be music, there’ll be life lessons, there’ll be sexy shirtless men and there may, if you’re lucky, be sheep.

Creator of the show, Clancy Peiris Jr, explained his motivation for bringing S.H.E.E.P to the stage screen: “SHEEP is a show that doesn’t discriminate against any genre, type or style of comedy and so was an exciting way for me to fuse the best of all worlds to see what happens. The experience was otherworldly!”

What more do you need to know? In fact, I’ve already shared too much. Forget you ever read this. After all, precedented times are so 2019. So don’t be a sheep, take a leap of faith over the cattle grid and into unknown pastures, who knows what you might find? A woolly good time, that’s what.
