Tit Hall CANCELLED
The June Event will not happen
Maxim HibbsThe June Event committee has emailed Tit Hall students to inform them that the event will not be taking place this year.
They said that "the event is not financially viable" due to "falling ticket sales" despite a "years of sell-out events". All students who bought a ticket for the event "will be entitled to a full refund".
One horrified Tit Hall student remarked: "I didn't get a Clare ticket and I'm not edgy enough for the King's affair, so I guess my May Week's pretty screwed. Sad reacts olney (sic)."
The June event committee have been trying to drum up support for some time. Over a week ago the June Event committee posted on Facebook to try and sell more tickets but it seems clear that they failed in this endeavour.
The committee reassured students that the event would make a triumphant return in 2019.
