Apologies, tears and old flames: What to expect from the Love Is Blind UK reunion
It wouldn’t be a reunion without Sam showing up, would it?
The wedding days are over, and we all held our breath as the couples either walked back down the aisle arm in arm or got left at the altar. This series of Love is Blind UK has been an absolute whirlwind and we’ve seen couples laugh, argue and promise to spend the rest of their lives together. There’s definitely been a few notable characters on the show (Sam I’m looking at you!) and the reunion trailer has already given us a few sneak peeks of what trouble they might stir up. So, what can we expect from the Love Is Blind UK reunion?
When is the reunion coming out on Netflix?
The reunion will be out on Monday the 26th of August at 9pm. Don’t forget to set your alarms!
Who’s going to be there?
From the trailer, we can expect to see all six of the couples, which means we’ll finally get some updates on what happened to the ones who said no. There’s also a surprise appearance from the show’s arguably most famous member, Sam Klein, which means we can’t rule out hearing from from other singles like Natasha, who has been spotted in the trailer. We’ll have to wait and see on the day for the specifics though.
What drama is going to go down?
The correct answer is LOADS, but if you’re after specifics, the trailer already revealed a few. We can see Demi telling Sam to “just apologise to Nicole already” and him looking pretty pissed off. After his dramatic entrance, Sam mentioned that “I wish none of that ever took place. I really do.” Maybe it means Sam’s going to redeem himself after his villainous persona enraged many viewers.
There’s also a snippet of Ollie opening up about something that’s “been bothering me that I see online.” He has been the target of a lot of backlash on social media recently so it’ll be interesting to see what he says at the Love Is Blind UK reunion on Monday night.
Host Emma Willis opened up about what we can expect in comparison with the US version of Love Is Blind: “I don’t think it’s about being explosive, I think it’s about getting answers, and I think when you’re hosting a show like that, you’ve got to kind of go in and really straddle the line of decency,” she told RadioTimes.
