Just a few months into the year, these nine Love Island couples have split up in 2024

We might only be three months into the year, but already it’s looking pretty doomed and like we’re in a breakup era. Already in 2024, eight Love Island couples have split up. Yes, eight!

There have been couples ending things after just a couple of weeks, and couples ending things after a number of years together. It really has been a tough few months for lovers of the Islander couples.

Here’s a rundown of all the Love Island couples who have split in 2024, and what went on between them. Love is dead!

Arabella and Adam

Arabella and Adam were the first to announce that since All Stars they had called off their brief romance. Shock! They hadn’t met up since being in the villa together, and now a source has said they tried to make it work but their busy careers “got in the way”.

Demi and Luis

Another All Stars couple who split up recently was Demi and Luis, who called time on their brief “holiday romance”. Luis has spoken out about the split, and said ultimately it was distance that meant things didn’t work.

He told The Sun: “Me and Demi aren’t together, but she was a huge part of my Love Island experience and she is one of the most loveliest, most beautiful girls I’ve ever met. The connection was definitely there when leaving the villa too. But the distance was a killer for us both and wouldn’t of worked as we are both at different parts of the country, we both have really busy schedules coming off Love Island too.”

Ella and Tyrique

Is anyone else struggling to keep up with Ella and Tyrique? Well I’ll fill you in. They broke up in November last year, but apparently had gone straight into “crisis talks” and were giving things another go.

But then, in February 2024 after just six months together, it was reported the Love Island 2023 finalists had split up again. The couple deleted all evidence of one another from their social medias, and according to reports things didn’t end well between them.

However, now people think they’re back on again! They first posted some matching pictures in an airport, and just this week they’ve posted matching things again. They’re both in LA, and Ella posted a picture of herself wearing a skirt with “godspeed” written across it, and Tyrique captioned one of his photos “godspeed”. I need to know what’s happening!!!

Eva and Nas

After a huge four years together, winter Islanders Eva and Nas announced they had called it a day. They had been living together since 2022, but said the breakup was amicable.

Nas said on Instagram: “Unfortunately, Eva and I have decided to end out relationship. There is no bad blood or wrong doing – it was a mutual and completely amicable decision.

“We tried to work things out over the past couple months but decided that this was for the best, and are both at peace with the situation. I am grateful to Eva and her family for the past four years and will cherish those memories, and wish her all the best going forward.”

Molly and Zach

In March 2024 came the news Love Island 2023 finalists Molly Marsh and Zachariah Noble had split up after seven months together.

A representative told The Tab: “Love Island’s Molly Marsh and Zachariah Noble have made the decision to end their relationship in the last week. They both are still extremely close friends and will be supporting each other in their next ventures.

“The relationship has ended on good terms for both of them, and they wish nothing but the best for one another. They have both said, ‘relationships don’t need to always end sour and sometimes parting as friends with the best memories is the best thing for everybody’.”

Justine and Jack

Love Island Games winners Jack Fowler and Justine Joy Ndiba, who won the show together last year, have also announced they’ve split. The couple have been dating for four months since the show, and bagged $100k from winning.

Announcing the news, Jack said: “BIG love to everyone who supported me and Justine in Love Island Games. Winning together was actually mental. Feels like ages ago now lol but just wanted to say we are keeping it as friends.” He concluded: “It’s all love and vibes between us.”

Georgia and Toby

Just four weeks after making it to the final of Love Island: All Stars, Georgia and Toby announced they had split. Georgia apparently thought “things were going well” and felt “completely blindsided” and she was brutally dumped by Toby.

“After seeing the reports regarding my relationship with Toby I feel it’s only right for me to be transparent and truthful with you all,” she said in a statement. “It is true Toby has called things off. It has taken me by complete surprise and I’m still trying to process it and come to terms with it all. They say some people are in your life for a lifetime and some just for a chapter.”

Jess and Callum

Love Island: All Stars runner-ups Callum and Jess called it quits on their relationship just one month after exiting the villa. Apparently they had a string of “public rows” and Callum was seen “with another blonde”.

After Molly Smith’s Boohoo event, source said: “Callum and Jess have been hanging on by a thread but it’s very much over now. Everyone was shocked to see them arguing and then Callum was seen cosying up with another blonde. Jess left the party alongside her mates and Demi Sims, putting the drama behind her.”

Georgia H and Anton

Many rumors were circulating about the pair when Anton’s mum took a pretty savage swipe at Georgia on a podcast. She remained completely silent when asked if she liked her son’s choice of partner from the villa.

Now, it’s been confirmed things are all over. A source told The Sun: “Georgia and Anton have split. They really tried hard to make the relationship work but ultimately the distance proved too much to manage.” Anton is from Scotland, and Georgia is living in Essex currently.

So, now it’s only winners Molly and Tom and finalists Sophie and Josh who are still together from Love Island All Stars.
