MAFS’ Timothy has gone IN on Jayden and Eden calling them ‘fake’ and fame hungry

MAFS Australia groom Timothy Smith has gone in on fellow couple Jayden Eynaud and Eden Harper, ranting that they’re only on the show for fame. He’s spoken out about not thinking the pair are genuine, and he really hasn’t held back at all.

Timothy, who was matched with Lucinda Light on the show, was asked by Daily Mail Australia to give his opinion on Jayden and Eden, and that he definitely did. He shared he thinks the couple are on the show for fame, and accused them of having a “secret pact” to stay together until the end, just so they both get well-known from the show.

When asked about them, Timothy said: “Fake. Completely fake. I don’t buy it. I didn’t buy it from the day I met him. I didn’t buy anything about Jayden.” He then went on to compare Jayden to his brother Mitch, who was also on MAFS. “I think the relationship was fake then and I think it’s fake now. I think he’s no different than his brother,” Timothy added.

Mitch was married to Ella Ding in the 2022 series of MAFS Australia. Despite things looking good between the pair, Mitch said at the final vows he didn’t want to commit to Ella. He has since said he regrets his behaviour on the show.

It’s very clear Jayden and Timothy don’t get on, after their huge row at *that* dinner party where Timothy accused Jayden of being a “grandstander” and playing up for the rest of the group.

‘If we had a roll of duct tape, the show would’ve gone a lot better,’ Timothy told Daily Mail Australia of the fight. “I just think Jayden should just close his mouth and let the men talk.”

The rumours of secret pacts among the cast have been out in full-force. A source close to the production disclosed to Daily Mail Australia that couples haven’t been spending much time together when the cameras are off them, and are struggling behind the scenes.

In an aggressive clap back at Timothy, Jayden told Daily Mail Australia: “I don’t know where these claims have come from, but that’s a load of crap. What you see on TV with me and Eden is exactly what you get.”
