One Day has enchanted people enough to make a movie and a TV show based on it with its emotional plot. The film came out in 2011, and the series landed on Netflix this month. Both obviously follow the story from David Nicholls’ 2009 novel of the same name but also have totally different casts for the same characters. Romola Garari played the super posh first wife of Dexter, while Eleanor Tomlinson did the same role in the TV series.
