The most shocking revelations you should know from the new Jeffrey Epstein court documents

Names mentioned include Michael Jackson, Stephen Hawking, Cameron Diaz and Leonardo DiCaprio

New court documents exposing new revelations related to Jeffrey Epstein have just been released by the courts. The documents include a list of names, known to be Epstein’s “associates” in some way.

The documents have been released as part of the lawsuit against Ghislaine Maxwell, Epstein’s former girlfriend who is currently serving a 20-year sentence in prison for child sex trafficking and other offences.

Jeffrey Epstein was a millionaire known for associating with celebrities, politicians and other billionaires. He was initially arrested in Palm Beach, Florida in 2004 after being accused of paying a 14-year-old girl for sex. After several other girls came forward, Epstein was accused of running a “vast network” of underage girls for sex. Federal officials identified thirty-six girls, some as young as 14 years old, whom Epstein had allegedly sexually abused.

Epstein pleaded guilty to soliciting prostitution from a minor in 2009 and died by suicide in 2019 while awaiting trial over sex trafficking charges.

These are all the new and shocking revelations from the new Jeffrey Epstein court documents that you need to know:

Jeffrey Epstein allegedly said Bill Clinton ‘likes them young’

The former US President is mentioned in more than 50 of the new documents. Bill Clinton was friends with Jeffrey Epstein for years and in a transcript of a deposition given by Johanna Sjoberg, one of Epstein’s accusers, she said Epstein told her that Bill Clinton “likes them young, referring to girls.”

In a statement after Epstein’s arrest in 2019, Clinton said he had not spoken to Epstein in “well over a decade” and had known “nothing about the terrible crimes” of which his former friend stood accused. He did admit to having flown on Epstein’s private plane on four occasions, however.

Documents yet to be unsealed are also reported to include a claim that Virginia Guiffre met the former president on Epstein’s private Caribbean island Little St James.

Allegations that Professor Stephen Hawking participated in an ‘underage orgy’

The documents show that Epstein accuser Virginia Guiffre claims that Stephen Hawking took part in an “underage orgy” on Epstein Island. Stephen Hawking visited Epstein’s private island in 2006 for a science conference funded by Epstein on a neighbouring island.

In a newly published email from Jeffrey Epstein to Ghislaine Maxell, Epstein said he was happy for her to “issue a reward” to any of Virginia Giuffre’s friends who could help prove allegations in her 2015 lawsuit were false.

The email reads: “You can issue a reward to any of Virginia’s friends, acquaints, family that come forward and help prove her allegations are false. The strongest is the Clinton dinner, and the new version in the Virgin Islands that Stephen Hawking participated in an underage orgy.”

Prince Andrew’s puppet

A woman called Joanna Sjoberg has previously claimed that Prince Andrew touched her breast on a sofa at Epstein’s Manhattan apartment in 2001. Prince Andrew has previously denied this and Buckingham Palace has described the claims as “categorically untrue”.

But further evidence released in the documents says that a puppet of Prince Andrew was placed on Virginia Giuffre’s breast.

The evidence reads: “It looked like him. And she [Maxwell] brought it down and presented it to him; and that was a great joke, because apparently it was a production from a show on BBC. And they decided to take a picture with it, in which Virginia and Andrew sat on a couch.

“They put the puppet on Virginia’s lap, and I sat on Andrew’s lap, and they put the puppet’s hand on Virginia’s breast, and Andrew put his hand on my breast, and they took a photo.”

There were 20 documents of evidence against Prince Andrew that have been newly released. Prince Andrew has always denied any claims made against him.

Other names mentioned

Over 170 names were released in the new documents and other names include huge celebrities. Leonardo DiCaprio and Cameron Diaz are mentioned as well as Michael Jackson, Kevin Spacey, Care Blanchett and Bruce Willis. The people listed were those named as associates of Epstein but there is no suggestion the people on the list either knew about his crimes or participated in any criminal behaviour.

Their mention in no way implies any wrongdoing, The Mirror reports, just that the celebs were mentioned in the conversation in some way. One witness claimed Epstein “would be on the phone a lot at that time” and one time he said: “Oh, that was Leonardo, or that was Cate Blanchett or Bruce Willis”.
