Love Island 2023’s Olivia and Zara were in a music video together back in 2019

It has finally been revealed how Love Island’s Olivia and Zara knew each other outside of the villa. The two Islanders were once in a music video together three years ago, making it clear they were once friends.

Olivia and Zara have been constantly bickering with one another on the show, and viewers are convinced it is something to do drama on the outside. It was reported that the Islanders were friends before they entered the villa after Love Island viewers found the co-stars leaving comments under each other’s Instagram posts.

The plot has most definitely thickened as the Islanders were both in a music video together three years ago. Zara and Olivia were both models in Dapz’ music video for Take You Away in August 2019. In one of the clips, Zara is lounging in a pool while wearing a pink bikini and Olivia is in a red swimsuit at a houseparty.

The drama in the villa began when Zara was asked to kiss the cheeks of the Islander she thought was two faced, and kissed Olivia. Tension then grew after Olivia took Tom for a chat and wouldn’t tell Zara what they spoke about and accused the bombshell of playing a game.

The conversation turned into a sour spat when Zara said: “I’m here for myself, do you think I flew 11 hours from England to pi** you off? Get over yourself Liv, get over yourself.” Olivia then stormed off and said: “She’s such a b****.”

Love Island fans were quick to notice that Olivia and Zara knew each other prior to the show after they spotted the girls liking each other’s Instagram photos from way back to 2019, which was the same time they were in the music video together. It has not yet been revealed if the girls had drama with one another before entering the villa.
