‘Billie Eilish is doing the new James Bond theme song’ is a real sentence, wow

Greg BarradaleIn another sign we’re living in a simulation, Billie Eilish is doing the title song for the new James Bond film.
Caring about the James Bond theme song is kind of like the Dad energy version of caring about the John Lewis advert, but anyway.
Announced the news on Twitter, the “James Bond” account (seemingly not run by James Bond despite managing to get verified) said Eilish is the youngest artist ever to record a James Bond theme tune.
To be honest, the Sam Smith one fucking sucked, so it’s all uphill from there.
Eilish has written the title track for No Time To Die with her brother, which suggests it won’t just be “Bad Guy” with violins.
Due for release on April 2nd, No Time To Die sees Daniel Craig return as the now-decrepit spy. A plot summary says: “Recruited to rescue a kidnapped scientist, globe-trotting spy James Bond finds himself hot on the trail of a mysterious villain, who’s armed with a dangerous new technology.”
