Introducing your BNOC of the year for 2025: Soren Hickinbottom
The wait is finally over
Since July, six of your favourite campus celebrities have been battling it out for the coveted Bristol Tab’s Biggest Name on Campus award. Oil, Jude, Alina, Cian, Honor, and Soren fought tooth and nail for your votes.
In the final, Cian, Honor, and Soren all told us why they should be crowned winner, but only one star could take the crown. And we are pleased to announce that, with a whopping 784 votes, the title goes to the one and only crowdsurfing celebrity, Soren Hickinbottom!
We asked Soren how he felt about being crowned BNOC of the year, and here’s what he told us:
“It’s an incredible feeling to be crowned BNOC of the Year. I’m so grateful for everyone’s support in getting me this far — it’s been amazing. Bristol is full of the loveliest people I’ve ever met, and it’s been unforgettable making such amazing friends along the way (with hopefully many more to come). Being ‘everywhere’ around Bristol has definitely been worth it. Much love to everyone ❤️ See you all out soon!”
