Annie and Nick staged breakup for the Love Is Blind cameras and leaked secret texts prove it

Oh they have been CAUGHT

It would appear the breakup between Love Is Blind season nine couple Annie and Nick really wasn’t all it seemed. The pair were ready for marriage after getting engaged in the pods, before things took a turn.

Annie and Nick broke things off before the wedding, when Annie started to doubt Nick’s feelings. She heard some of the other women’s perspectives on what happened between Nick and his former pod connection Kait. She then didn’t know how serious his feelings truly were.

Nick was frustrated by Annie not backing his feelings, and that confrontation was his “breaking point”. After this, he told Annie he no longer wanted to get married. She begged him to stay, before he responded: “The reason that I am not willing to marry you is because I am unhappy.” The relationship was all over.

But, it appears this isn’t quite how it happened. It looks as though the couple had already made this decision in advance, and this conversation and confrontation was all done for the benefit of the cameras.

During their previous chat, Annie took out her phone. People have noticed the messages she sent a friend about Nick tell a different story.

On Reddit, someone said: “Did anyone catch the scene where Annie was texting someone, telling them the wedding wasn’t happening? It seemed like she sent that text way before Nick actually broke it off??”.

In the texts, Annie said: “Hi. 90 per cent sure no wedding…I’ll call you later. Currently filming.” This was before Nick had even called time? So she already knew the wedding was off? And knew that she was going to have to film their breakup?

In the comments section of the post, everyone was saying how staged it all was. One person wrote: “My thought is the breakup happened off camera and production made them do it again. That’s why she’s already texting with someone during this scene.”

Another added: “My thoughts as well. It seemed like that first message where she said ’90 per cent not getting married’ might’ve been from a previous convo. Then the next message from the friend was saying ‘checking in on you’…and that’s when she said she’d call later [because] they’re filming.

“Also it just seemed like they’d already discussed before, plus didn’t she start laughing partway through? Who laughs during a break up, so odd.”

Yes, VERY odd.
