Lothario John Mayer strikes again! This time he’s ‘actively pursuing’ huge TikToker Kat Stickler

The notorious John Mayer, whose relationship history resembles a Ticketmaster queue, is said to be “actively pursuing” the hilarious Kat Stickler, who boasts nearly 11 million followers on TikTok.

John Mayer has a reputation for his, let’s say, active dating life. His little black book is more like War and Peace’s 1,500 pages, with its ranks including Jennifer Love Hewitt, Vanessa Carlton, Rhona Mitra, Jessica Simpson, Cameron Diaz, Minka Kelly, Jennifer Aniston, Taylor Swift, and Katy Perry. He claims to have slept with “sub-500” women.

With 10.5 million followers on TikTok and a further 3.5 million on Instagram, Kat Stickler is a comedian and content creator whose content largely centres around skits. She does lots of POVs, stepping into the roles of her Hispanic mother, your job interviewer, and many other laughter-inducing characters. Most of her videos rack up millions of views.

Kat had a very quick marriage to Mike Stickler, getting engaged in March, married in May, and welcoming a daughter into the world in December of 2019. Unfortunately, they announced their split in March 2021.

Speaking to US Weekly, a source detailed how, after a recent breakup, Kat was looking for some “fun” in the dating game. Enter John Mayer, whose middle name might as well be temporary fling. Earlier this week, they were pictured at New York City’s Fly Fish together.

“John sought her out and pursued her,” the source said. “Kat just broke up with someone she had been dating for a few months and thought it would be fun to date again, and was interested in John.”

Apparently, the two had exchanged some flirtatious text messages, but Kat “doesn’t think this will be a serious relationship” beyond “having fun.”

The source added: “He has been actively pursuing her, inviting her places and texting her often. She is interested and seeing where it goes.”

John Mayer and Kat Stickler are yet to comment on the relationship, but Kat did post a fun skit about chopping off her hair because of a “relationship gone bad.” Is it related to the news? Who knows, but people in the comments certainly took it that way.
