Over 15 years and dozens of seasons later, some entrances have faded into the background, while others remain unforgettable and went down in TV history. From jaw-dropping fashion to meme-worthy chaos, these are the entrance looks that truly made herstory.

10. Sasha Colby – season 15

Sasha didn’t even need to say a word and we already knew she was sweeping the crown. She sported a gorgeous, shimmering, crystal-encrusted bodysuit with a dramatic feathered train Her “period” just adds that extra layer to her already legendary status.

9. Jinx Monsoon – All Stars season seven

I think she’s more than just an internationally tolerated drag queen superstar. Her flow dress and the jazz in the background gives her legendary status She is the moment and this entrance only proved it. Line?!

8. Tatianna – All Stars season two

We could barely hear her line due to the absolute excitement in The Werk Room. That’s how you know you’re an icon. Donning a silver sequinned dress with a high neckline and long sleeves, she looks fierce. Hence why she has her place on this list.

7. Coco Montrese – All Stars season two

Face crack of the century. Coco Montrese immediately brought the drama that we were all waiting for. No question. She looks like a housewife ready for war, and I’m totally here for it.

Gia Gunn’s reaction is all of us. The wacky shoes, strange dress and outgoing introduction line combined with such a standout entrance makes this one of the most iconic entrances of all time.

Don’t let the smooth taste fool you, baby! Symone embodies Giselle Bundchen’s iconic Polaroid dress from the 90s, and she does so with a bit of humour and edge. Icon is an understatement.

We cannot talk about iconic entrances without talking about Vivacious and her counterpart, Ornacia. The zip getting stuck was just the icing on the cake with this entrance. It’s just so campy that it had to take the top spot. Ariana Grande even recreated this look when she was a guest judge. That’s icon behaviour if you ask me.

Honourable mention: Lady Gaga – season nine

Now, Gaga is an honourable mention since she was only a guest judge, but the reactions of the other queens say it all. Her entrance instantly drew us all in and got us wondering if she really was the Derrick Barry of the season. Thanks Alexis.

There are so many more iconic RuPaul’s Drag Race entrances that could’ve made this list, but we’d be here for years as there is definitely no shortage of them.
