Every savage thing Carina has said about Paul since their split on MAFS Australia
They are most definitely not still together
Just in case anyone was in any doubt, the MAFS Australia couple Carina and Paul are no longer together. Their final vows was the end of their romantic relationship. Now, Carina and Paul seem to be on less terrible terms than some MAFS couples (*cough* Jacqui and Ryan *cough*). But Carina has still thrown plenty of shade Paul’s way. Here are the snarkiest things Carina has said about Paul since their shocking split on MAFs Australia.
Carina said Paul has ‘bricks in his head’
In a Daily Mail Australia interview, Carina insisted there was “no bad blood” between her and Paul. But she said some pretty scathing things to say about his decision to go on a date with his back-up bride. She revealed: “I said to my producer, ‘If Paul says yes, he’s got bricks in his head.’ And I meant it. I was so patient with him the entire experiment. I let him into my world, into my home, he met my family. We had just been intimate. He brought me coffee and croissants every morning. And then he turns around and does that.”
She added: “But if he thinks he can win me back after that final task… he’s dreaming.”
She’s made some salty social media posts
Carina’s social media captions have also thrown shade at Paul. One reads: “I back myself too much to accept anything less than what I deserve – respect over apologies and loyalty over excuses.” Ouch.
When she shared some photos of her final vows with Paul, her caption was “I choose me” which is pretty blunt.
Paul remains firmly in the friendzone

Carina also clarified in an interview with Yahoo that she is absolutely not getting back together with Paul anytime soon. She said: “‘I’m not young anymore, and I’m not wasting any more time. My time is super precious and so is my energy, so I need to adhere to that and stick to my wits.
“My mum would say, ‘He fit so well with the family and you guys look so good together on TV’, and I was like, ‘Yeah, but there was more to it’. It’s not just all about the appearance or surface level. The red flags were identified, and I don’t want to get even deeper.”
