Lucinda from MAFS Australia has a gazillion business side quests, including a dating show

The queen that is Lucinda Light has flat-out admitted to going on MAFS Australia for fame. She told the Herald Sun that she went on the show to find a partner, but also to boost her career. Lucinda said: “I also did have ulterior motives to get eyes on my celebrant business, so guilty as charged.” Since slaying on MAFS, Lucinda’s career has gone in some random directions. Here’s a look at all the business side quests Lucinda Light has been up to since her rather memorable appearance on MAFS Australia 2024.

Lucinda is hosting a new reality TV dating show with Vicky Pattison

The show is called The Honesty Box and is airing soon on E4. You’ve probably seen ads for it before MAFS.

A load of hot single people will be shoved in a tropical location called “Truetopia” in the hope of finding love (or Instagram followers?). The cast will have to answer questions truthfully from an AI-enhanced device called The Honesty Box. There’s £100,000 prize money up for grabs.

Basically, it sounds like Love Island but with some added MAFS-y challenges.

She also wrote a self-help book (because of course she did)

Shine Your Light is a “guided emotional intelligence journal”. Lucinda wrote a self-help book to make us all more emotionally mature and develop better, healthier relationships.

The book features plenty of poems, hand-drawn illustrations, and anecdotes from Lucinda’s own iconic life.

Lucinda is also cashing it in as public speaker

You can hire her to be the keynote speaker at your otherwise boring corporate event. Her website says she’s also up for “leading an interactive workshop” or “guiding audiences through profound inner shifts”. I don’t get what that means but I have no doubt it would enhance my whole life.

And yes, you can still hire her to officiate your wedding

The MAFS Australia bride Lucinda Light’s day job is still as her marriage celebrant business. Although, if you pay Lucinda to officiate the ceremony, you have to accept all you guests won’t be going, “Omg the bride’s so beautiful”, they will be going “Omg is that Lucinda from MAFS Australia?!”
