Here’s which Easter egg you should pick based on your Bournemouth Uni degree

Time to raid the Easter egg aisle

The clocks have moved forward (R.I.P. hungover me last weekend), the trees are blossoming and Bournemouth’s infamous seagulls are raiding people’s picnics. Spring has officially sprung!

Fast approaching is an Easter spent completing an ungodly number of assignments and experiencing multiple breakdowns for good measure. It is only fair that you treat yourself to a well-deserved Easter egg. Yes, you’re never too old for one. With infinite options out there, it is becoming increasingly difficult to decide which one to pick.

So, here is which Easter egg you should choose based on your degree.

*Note – all eggs listed are available in Bournemouth’s attempt at heaven, Asda. Apologies to the shoppers who witnessed me squatting to get these photos.

1. Psychology

Not one to judge a book by its cover, your Easter Egg is the Cadbury Crunchie. You know all too well that looks may be deceiving, making the Crunchie and its un-expected honeycomb filling the perfect option for you. Aren’t I poetic?

2. Sports

It’s only fitting that your Easter egg is a healthy one (apologies). Buy yourself a good old Rowntree’s Fruit Pastilles egg. You’ve got to get your five a day in there somehow, making this a great, albeit artificially flavoured, option. Everything in moderation, guys!

3. Media

Media students are fully of many different talents and skill sets. As a media student myself, I can vouch that you never quite know what you’re going to get with us. Your egg is the Celebrations Milk Chocolate. Just be sure to bin any Bounties.

4. History

You are most likely quirky and fairly out there. This makes your egg the Cadbury Creme Egg (my fave egg). You’re not one to follow the crowd and you don’t mind doing things a bit differently. Ignore the haters who say that they don’t like cream eggs, as they are very much missing out.

5. STEM

You are insanely clever and probably value the finer things in life. Your Easter Egg is the Cadbury Caramel, another one of my faves. You definitely would not eat an Asda own-brand or such. On second thought, I probably should have chosen Lindt… Oh well!

6. English

All English students I know are very fun and full of colourful, positive personalities. This makes the Skittles Milk Chocolate Easter Egg your option, for you are like a rainbow. Please don’t judge my very poor attempt at creative writing.

7. Law

You definitely mean business and don’t have time to mess around. Apologies for this dull choice… Your Easter Egg is the Cadbury Dairy Milk Buttons. It’s a safe bet and does the job, even if it is a bit boring.

8. Marketing

Molly Mae is 100 per cent who you aspire to be. No judgement here as I am equally obsessed. You are all about the aesthetic and Instagram pics, making the Cadbury Mini Eggs Easter Egg your pick. Just remember to actually eat it!

9. Business

Going by stereotypes, you’re probably a bit too fun and a bit too un-bothered about your degree. No offence. Your Easter egg is the Cadbury Dairy Milk Freddo, perfectly matching your energetic personality. You can eat this whilst you write your assignment an hour before it is due!

Enjoy your egg and remember that Easter only comes around once a year. Be sure to take Easter weekend off of uni work and relax; you deserve it!
