The MAFS UK 2024 reunion was absolute chaos, and there was major tension between Nathan and Lacy, Kieran and Kristina and Tasha and Paul. Polly and Adam’s arguments were the highlight of the drama during every MAFS dinner party last season, but Polly didn’t even show up to Monday night’s reunion – talk about a self-love glow-up. After a messy end to her marriage on the show, Polly decided to move to Australia and has never looked back. Adam attended, but his priorities were definitely elsewhere. Polly moved out in December 2024

In a lengthy Instagram post, Polly detailed what her first month was like in Australia. She said she first arrived in Perth, and went to Sydney for a week to see her friend. After that, she decided to stay there, and that was that.

However, it sounded like a pretty chaotic first month for her. She told her followers how snapped her car key in half, broke her toenail, and might “have a drinking problem.”

“It’s not all doom and gloom, but I’ve been tested. There is much more but if I relive it once more I’ll jump off the balcony,” she wrote.

However, things seem to be looking a lot more positive after a rocky first few weeks. She’s now been sharing gorgeous pictures of her by the beach, living a sun-kissed life. I’m very jealous I will say.

She’s continued to be very open about the struggles she’s faced since moving to Sydney. Under a video collage, she wrote: “It’s not all rainbows and sunsets… sometimes it’s quite hard, but it’s always okay.”

She’s also had a total self-love glow-up. On Valentine’s Day, Polly wrote a lovely caption about how she was so “proud” of herself and felt super “giddy” now she’d sorted her life out in Australia. So happy for her!
