His character, Saxon Ratliff, is sharing a room with his younger brother and long story short, decides he needs to take care of some personal needs in the bathroom. So, without further ado, he simply drops his robe to reveal his bare buttocks and wanders into the bathroom, and I think you get the rest of the picture.

But now for the real question, was Patrick Schwarzenegger wearing a prosthetic or not during that particularly shocking White Lotus scene?
Well, in an interview with Esquire, he didn’t explicitly clarify whether it was a prosthetic but did confirm his derriere was the real deal.
He explained: “Yes, that’s my real butt. No stand-in. Once I read the script, I knew what was coming, but before that, I didn’t.”
And it seems this might not be the last we see of his butt as he revealed: “In episodes five and six, there will be some times that I take some bathroom breaks from the family, or maybe I won’t watch that episode.”
The White Lotus certainly isn’t afraid to regularly use prosthetics for their male actors as both Steve Zahn and Theo James wore them during their nude scenes.

In season one, Steve’s character Mark Mossbacher has some issues with swelling, with Steve revealing to The Hollywood Reporter: “I didn’t even have to do that part. It’s somebody else wearing a prosthetic. That’s about as absurd as it gets, right?”
