Kieran admits he kissed Polly on MAFS as he was very ‘drunk’ and his coldsore had gone

He meant to kiss her cheek but she turned her head at the last moment

| UPDATED

I was genuinely beyond in shock when Kieran gave Polly a big old kiss on the lips during the MAFS UK dinner party last week, and Kristina was equally as shaken up by the event.

We were all so confused about exactly why he’d kiss Polly on the lips when he’d been so staunch about not doing anything physical with Kristina due to his coldsore. Honestly, the coldsore deserves its own spinoff show at this point.

But over the weekend Kieran broke his silence on the unfortunate incident, admitting he was very “drunk” when he kissed Polly, and clarified exactly what went down between him and Kristina afterwards.

He explained he had drunk a lot over the course of the dinner party and actually kissed Adam before Polly. He then went to go and give Polly a kiss on the cheek but at the last minute she turned her cheek and he accidentally kissed her on the lips instead.

He clarified that at this point his coldsore had finally made its exit, so it was okay for him to have kissed her. However, he did admit he wished he could go back and not do it, and it’s something he massively regrets.

He added he apologised profusely to Kristina afterwards but that it wasn’t shown in the episode. He also completely understands why she felt so upset and said he would never do anything to intentionally upset her.

Honestly I’m just grateful he cleared up the coldsore situation.
