Liverpool is 23rd in country for quality of life, according to new survey


The Lloyds Bank University Quality of Life Rankings were released today, placing the University of Liverpool was in the top 30. Durham came 1st place, where 9 out of 10 students are happy with their course.

The survey considered factors such as social life, sports and crime rates. Another measure was that of quality of accommodation, a field in which Liveprool has an interesting past.

Extra credit given for pets?But if it’s a party you want, the north is the place to be. Newcastle and Sheffield were joint best for social life, and both came in the top ten overall.

Manchester and its 245 pubs and bars came 8th, but it’s just a shame that nobody has heard of it.
