If you go down to the woods tonight: Enchanted to run Halloween forest rave

Something wicked this way comes – The Enchanted Group are hosting a Halloween rave in the woods outside Exeter.

The organisers who put on the idyllic Garden Ball this summer is going dark and hard in a secret forest location.

We can exclusively reveal the hidden site to be Haldon Forest – a few miles south of the city.

The Enchanted Group have taken over the magical woods on the night of 31st October to host a Halloween rave with what the organisers call a “myriad of melancholic delights in-store with seven nano-venues to thrill the senses”.

Nano-vanues include a Day of the Dead Disco, an Apocalyptic Wasteland and a Hall of Maimed Mirrors.

They’ve invited 2000 ravers to go nuts in Haldon Forest: early bird tickets sold out within an hour.

Ranger tickets are now £32 which gets you into the decked-out woods and access to cheap Timepiece booze.

Speaking about his unique rave in the glade, organiser Sam King said: “We’re building a scaffolding sculpture so it has a DJ playing in a treehouse up high.

“He’s probably going to be three metres off the ground in a huge metal and wood structure.”

Sam added: “This is not your average night out in Exeter, you won’t be able to find this anywhere else.

“We’ve planned a lot for this night, it’s very creative. It’s going be a harder party than than the summer ball.

“Imagine arriving for a rave in the pitch-black night to a decorated forest, with no houses around for miles: it’s going to be pretty special.”
