We caught up with him for a quick chat:

surprisingly floral was not the secret behind his successful campaign

What inspired you to run for EUSA President?

“This idea that everything is too scattered to make the most of Edinburgh has been in my head since first year. I thought being President would be a way to address that”

What do you think of the current EUSA team?

“I can’t speak highly enough of the sabb team. I think it’s done a great job. You look at the EUSA Wins campaign, that’s a lot of wins.”

“They’ve really opened up a dialogue with the university on a lot of issues. There’s 500k for KB house.”

And what’s your favourite night out in Edinburgh?

“I’m a Bongo’s man. I really like Hip Hop Tuesdays at Bongos, that’s a cool crowd. I’m not a really edgy guy but I like to pretend I am and go out with the Bongos crowd.”
