Police search for ‘forensic evidence’ on walkway
Julia PricePolice have cordoned off an area near Hild Bede following a suspected assault on a girl.
Today the police shut off the walkway from Baths Bridge to Hild Bede Boat Club.
Police are stationed in between Baths Bridge and HBBC
Police officers have been stationed just off the bridge all day. They said it has been closed off due to a chance of forensic evidence pertaining to an incident last night.
The police officer added there was no serious injury and nothing to be concerned about. No further details would be made available until the police found more evidence and issued a press release.
