These are the most dramatic transformations of the winter Love Island cast

Every year Love Island dazzles us with a bunch of incredible looking 20-somethings in swimwear who honestly don’t even look real. But looking back at the 2020 Love Island cast’s social media profiles, it’s clear there have been a few dramatic transformations.

There’s hope for us all. The picture-perfect Islanders used to have dodgy hair too, they’ve gone through tragic fashion trends and, surprise! Their teeth haven’t always been that perfect!

Hold tight, some of these Love Island 2020 transformations are about to blow your mind.

The twins Eve and Jess Gale

The twins have had quite a glow-up. Eve and Jess entered the winter Love Island 2020 villa all glammed up. They’ve got full makeup, long bleach-blonde hair, perfect tans and look every inch Islander ready.

But in pictures from 2015, they don’t even have their signature blonde hair. In a picture shared on Facebook, Jess and Eve Gale are without their tans and they have more brown/red hair instead of bright blonde. They also don’t wear as full makeup, their lips look thinner and their teeth are less gleaming white.

There’s another photo of them, taken on the same day in what appears to be a school trip.

More photos doing the rounds on Twitter appear to show the girls in school photographs.

Paige Turley

There’s no doubt that Paige was Love Island ready when she entered the villa. She nailed the perfect hair, great tan and bikini pics on her Instagram. She entered the 2020 winter Love Island villa looking like this:

But Paige has an old Facebook profile, and it’s hilarious. We are all Paige. She was clearly a big fan of an Instagram frame, dodgy filters and big fringes back in 2012.

Classic.

Shaughna Phillips

Shaughna has made no secret that she had surgery before entering the Love Island villa. She’s had her lips done and her boobs done in the past.

But what did she look like before? In some of her older pictures she has much thinner lips and her hair is completely different.

She’s also shared on her Instagram that she has been on a weight loss journey in the past few years. She shared three pictures on Instagram – one from 2016, one from 2017 and one from 2019. She captioned it: “Consistency, not perfection”.

Connor Durman

Connor was defined by his veneers. I’m sorry but look at them:

But before veneers, he looked so different. His teeth weren’t even bad, they were slightly gappy but that’s it. It’s just staggering how much veneers can change a person’s entire face. I am shook.

Plus he has the biggest baby face, it’s quite adorable really.

Callum Jones

23-year-old Callum is exactly what you would imagine if someone asked you to picture a male Love Island contestant. He’s tall, tattooed and tanned.

But has he always been villa ready? Here’s the oldest picture of a much more baby-faced Callum back in 2013:

What’s more dramatic is Callum’s pre-Love Island 2020 hair transformation. When he lets his hair down, he literally lets his hair down.

Siânnise Fudge

Bristol girl and current queen of the villa, Siânnise, entered Love Island 2020 looking like this:

But she’s had quite a Love Island transformation. Siânnise looks loads different in old pictures posted by her sister, Shanade. In some she doesn’t have her slick straight hair and she does her makeup completely different.

I refuse to believe bottom right is Siânnise?!

Finley Tapp

21-year-old Finley Tapp entered the Love Island villa resembling a buff, big-armed 35-year-old.

You might be surprised to know that there was actually a time where Finley looked 21 – but it was over three years ago and he was actually 17 or 18.

Luke M

When Luke Mabbott walked into the villa we all had to do a double take to make sure it wasn’t Justin Bieber. I mean wow, the resemblance is uncanny.

And it looks as though Luke might have always looked like Bieber. In his earliest Instagram post he’s rocking the 2015 Justin hair quiff. He posted this picture captioned: “Tonight’s clobber”.

Luke T

Luke T entered the villa as an all smiles, cheeky footballer.

He hasn’t really had a serious transformation, apart from back in 2014 where it looks as though he had an orange hair phase???

Demi Jones

Demi is a 21-year-old style advisor and history grad from Portsmouth. She entered the villa looking like this:

Demi has done a pretty good job of cleaning her social media of any throw backs. She looks younger in her pictures (obviously), and the furthest back her Instagram goes is 2016. She was still a redhead bombshell as she calls herself, but she was slightly more heavily made-up and sported thicker eyebrows.

Rebecca Gormley

Rebecca was the Love Island bombshell who promised so much, but delivered so little. She entered during the heart race challenge and we all thought she would bring the Maura Higgins / Megan Barton-Hanson style drama.

If you hadn’t heard her say, she was Miss Bare-face Newcastle, so prides herself on remaining natural and not changing her looks. However she did look quite different in the past. Check out Rebecca with tight ringlet curls:

Nas Majeed

Nas has always been an angel. Here’s his oldest picture on Instagram, from 2018:
