Two months after all the drama, this Love Island 2025 couple is surprisingly thriving

This summer, Conor and Megan were involved in a messy love triangle after he coupled up with Shakira and Megan was dumped from Love Island. But months later, the Irish duo seem like they’re thriving together outside the villa.

In August, Conor told Heat that he’d made it official with Megan after they both got dumped from the Love Island villa.

“We are boyfriend and girlfriend now, that’s how well we’ve been doing,” he said.

When Megan got dumped after her allegiance with Helena and Meg made her unpopular, multiple Islanders have said that everyone was shocked. So, when she came back and things with Shakira weren’t working out anymore, Conor took the chance to get to know Megan more.

“I think it’s one of those things where when she did come back in, it was towards the tail end of the journey in there, everyone was quite far along on the journey. I know we met each other before, but I still wanted to start from square one and do it properly and naturally.”

Conor asked her to be his girlfriend in a really cute, intimate way.

“We’re in Brighton, so we’re on the beach, we just sat down and had a chat about our journey and then I asked her on the beach,” he said.

They’ve been filming some absolutely adorable TikToks together, including a vlog of their recent trip to Wales. Everyone in the comments is gushing over how cute they are.

The influencer posted a screenshot of a comment he made on one of Megan’s TikToks all the way back in 2021, proving he’s been interested in her for a long time.

“The invisible string theory is real,” Megan commented.

“I guess so,” Conor replied, with a heart emoji.

Although they’re currently making things work long distance, the pair told OK! they plan to move to London together in the “near future”.
