MAFS UK 2025 definitely isn’t the first time a lot of this cast have found themselves surrounded by the reality TV world. It would seem a whole bunch of them have been on shows themselves before, or have connections to TV faces.

Every year without fail, MAFS will cast loads of people who know the reality circuit. Every. Single. Time. And this year, we have dating show veterans, people with reality exes, and even a cast member who knows former MAFS brides and grooms.

Here are all the MAFS UK 2025 cast members who have links to reality TV, and have been brushing shoulders with celebs for the longest time already.

Maeve is besties with Chloe Ferry from Geordie Shore, and they have throwback pictures together proving they go back years. The besties launched a business together, starting CM House of Aesthetics back in 2019. They’ve remained best friends and business partners ever since.

Steven has a Love Island connection

Steven has had a wild time on MAFS so far, but maybe he should have seen it coming, because he’s mates with an Islander who also had a big ol’ journey. Steven used to be a footballer, and through this became friends with Love Island 2024 and All Stars Islander, Ronnie Vint.

And Steven knows former MAFS stars!

As well as his Love Island connection, Steven dished to a journalist on his wedding day that he’s friends with Peggy Lawrence and JJ Slater from MAFS UK 2023. Given the chaos both of them had in their show marriages, I’m not sure if that’s a good thing or not.

Divarni was on Dinner Date

Actor Divarni has had many attempts at getting famous before MAFS. He’s been on Netflix shows, in music videos, films, and even Bridgerton. On top of this, MAFS UK 2025 isn’t his first time on a reality TV. Divarni was also on Dinner Date.

He was on the show in 2021, and was one of five guys who cooked up a storm and dated TOWIE’s Chloe Brockett. On it, he made Chloe garlic bread, salmon, and apple pie. Unfortunately, he wasn’t the guy she chose for a second date. A shame!

Julia-Ruth is basically a celeb, and a reality TV veteran

In 2023, Julia-Ruth appeared in Are You The One? which is basically a huge international dating show. People taking part have to hunt down the other person on the show who has been deemed their “perfect match”. She did quite well, finding who she was meant to, but they split up not long after filming.

Julia-Ruth has also been in a soap opera, and has performed with 50 Cent in her dancer career. This summer, she danced with Leigh-Anne at Readings and Leeds Festival. She’s big in the industry!

New groom Reiss has a TOWIE ex and a Love Island link

We’ve only just met intruder groom Reiss, but he’s seasoned around these parts. He used to date TOWIE star Dani Imbert. They dated in 2023. If you don’t know her from TOWIE, she’s the girl who Love Island 2025 stars Tommy and Ben both kissed on the same night out. Remember that drama? Yeah.
