Bonnie Blue has revealed the huge amount she spent on her recent Bang Bus tour, and boy, I hope she saw a return on her investment.

For two weeks in September, Bonnie Blue embarked on a tour of UK university cities in her “Bang Bus”. She targeted Freshers’ Weeks across the country, and met with people just starting out on the courses. The majority of her content was meet and greets, and club nights.

Bonnie had a couple of security issues along the way, so it’s no surprise security was a huge cost she had to keep on top of. During the tour she was always flanked by security, which is a good job because her hotel got leaked, and Bonnie was literally assaulted on one of the nights out.

Now, speaking to The Tab, Bonnie’s team has shared the exact amount she spent overall. The tour has cost Bonnie a whopping £100k. “It was worth every penny,” Bonnie said. “The students were up for it, and honestly, I was blown away by the reception.”

Breaking down that mammoth figure, a staggering £37k was spent on security alone, and the bright-blue bus itself set her back £27k, with another £5k just to wrap it in its infamous “Bonnie Blue Bang Bus” paint job. The rest of the cash was spent on fuel to criss-cross the country, endless late-night food runs, and hotel rooms for her crew and herself. Bonnie confirmed the total breached six figures.

“Britain’s students are smart in class and filthy after dark — I just gave them a stage,” she said. “Was it worth it? Absolutely. This year’s Freshers didn’t have to come to me — I came to them. Literally. You can’t put a price on fun, but if you could, it looks like it’s about a hundred grand.”
