Radio presenting to graduation: A look at where The Traitors season three cast are now
They really are getting that bank
It’s been six months since the season three final of the UK Traitors, where Leanne Quigley and Jake Brown revealed they were both Faithfuls and split the prize money between them.
As viewers prepare for the UK’s first version of the Celebrity Traitors in Autumn 2025, here is a look at where the cast of The Traitors season three are now.
Linda Rands
Linda is arguably the most iconic person from The Traitors season three. Since the show, she’s embraced her new fame and has even starred in adverts.
She holidayed in Swizerland in May and shared some gorgeous views with her followers on Instagram. And being the legend that she is, she even reshared clips from Glastonbury where Traitors fans waved a flag with her face on in the crowd.

Leanne, who served in the army for 12 years, left her role prior to the show. Leanne has explained that since winning the show, her focus is on her family and she would use her share of the prize money to pay for her wedding to fiancé Sophie Jones, as well as further rounds of IVF. Leanne and Sophie currently have twin boys together.
Leanne also told the Mail Online that she would “absolutely” be inviting her fellow players from The Traitors to their wedding.
She’s been all over this summer, including attending Mighty Hoopla and going on sunny beach destination holidays with her family.
Jake Brown
Leanne’s fellow winner, Jake Brown, has also been focusing on his family since winning the show. Jake told the BBC that the first thing he would do with the prize money is take his wife Shannon on holiday. He also revealed that he wanted to give some of the money to his parents, who have supported him.
In 2015, Jake was also in the England cerebral palsy squad for the IFCPF World Championships at St. George’s Park. He described how he wants to continue to raise awareness for cerebral palsy and disability in general, following the show.
Jake is rumoured to be taking part in Strictly Come Dancing this year, which would make him one of only a few reality TV stars who have taken part in the show.
Alexander Dragonetti
Alexander, former British diplomat and one of the season’s most popular contestants, has also taken exciting new opportunities since leaving the show. Earlier this year, Alexander joined Classic FM to host a five part Friday night series called Trust Me, It’s A Classic, with Alexander Dragonetti.
When Alexander started his new show, he said: “I’m a big fan of Classic FM- so it’s an honour to be part of such an iconic station.
“I love how it makes classical music so accessible, including people like me who are still learning.”
Alexander also talked about his late brother on The Traitors, who had Global Development Delay and autism. He had said that if he were to win, he would donate some of the prize money to Mencap, an organisation that supports people with learning disabilities. Despite not winning, Alexanders’ appearance on the show inspired people to donate to Mencap, and they have raised more than £70,000 since the season three final.
He’s continued using his platform to share world news, but also visited Turkey and shared some lovely photos from his trip to Cappadocia showing the hot air balloons.
Tyler Smith
Jake and Alexander aren’t the only stars of season three who have used their newfound platform to raise awareness for causes close to their heart. Tyler, who was a barber before the show, has been raising awareness for Colitis, after suffering from the condition since he was a teenager. Speaking to Crohn’s & Colitis UK, Tyler said: “I want to show people that you can do anything you like still. I’m even looking to fundraise and would love to start marathon training to one day run the marathon for Crohn’s & Colitis UK.”
Tyler has also found love with girlfriend Julianne Swan since The Traitors season three was filmed after he revealed on the show that he had never been in a relationship before.
He’s taken a holiday to New York, celebrated Liverpool FC’s Championship win and even bumped into Stephen Graham at the gym?! Clearly he’s been busy.
Minah Shannon
Minah was another fan favourite of season three who has had a role as a radio presenter since the show. Minah joined BBC Radio 1 as a presenter throughout May, co-hosting Friday Early Breakfast with Nat O’Leary. She currently works as a call centre manager in Liverpool where she lives with her husband Liam and daughter Luna.
Minah also took part in The Traitors Prom, which was part of BBC Proms. The show featured the BBC Scottish Symphony Orchestra performing covers of songs which featured in The Traitors. Montages from the series were played on the screens, with dancers dressed in traitor cloaks, masks, or as the characters from the show’s tasks. Claudia Winkleman presented, with Minah and her fellow Traitor Linda Rands joining her on stage.
Since The Traitors season three, she’s been on The Weakest Link and also went to Mighty Hoopla back in May. Minah has also celebrated her daughter’s third birthday and embraced all things musical culture at the West End.
Anna Duke
One of Anna’s most memorable moments in the show was rejecting a seduction letter from the Traitors, and she was banished soon after. However, she has become one of the show’s most followed stars with over 35k followers on TikTok. She has also moved to London from Ireland and uses her social media to share her life, and her outfits and sustainable fashion advice in particular.
Since appearing on The Traitors season three, Anna has fully embraced festival season – she’s having the best summer ever listening to live music all over the country.
Francesca (Frankie) Rowan-Plowden
Interior designer Frankie, who made it to the final, has featured in a John Lewis ad since starring on the show.
She described how she has been enjoying adjusting to her newfound fame in an interview with Grazia: “It’s been a week since the Traitors final and what a whirlwind week it has been; three different hotels, more interviews than I can count and a fair amount of lace and sequins and a lot of fun!”
Since the show, she’s been on This Morning and has even been to Wimbledon where she mingled with the celebs at Centre Court. Frankie also attended the Tric awards with The Traitors cast back in June.
Freddie Fraser
Freddie was the youngest contestant of season three. Since leaving the show, he has graduated from the University of Nottingham, with a degree in politics and international relations. In his Instagram caption, he thanked his mum for being “the reason I graduated”, and wrote “now it’s time to chase my dream of becoming a TV/Radio Presenter.”
Freddie has embraced is freedom post-uni, cramming in Wireless, a holiday to Malta, and competing in combat fitness games, sharing it all with us on Instagram.
Rev. Lisa Coupland
Rev. Lisa Coupland remains in her role as a priest since leaving the show, so in that sense her life hasn’t changed much. However, Lisa said that she has stayed close friends with both Linda and Alex from season three, and she speaks to them several times a week. Lisa and Linda even attended Alex’s wedding.
