Royal Holloway Summer Ball 2025: Looks that left us speechless

Diving into the best looks of the night

Royal Holloway has just wrapped up the 2025 Summer Ball.

From Absinthe bars to insane circus style rides, the evening was one to remember. The fashion on show was equally memorable, with too many gorgeous outfits to count.

So, here are some of the most amazing looks from the night.

Best Dressed Girls Squad

Thank you, Jasmine, for this stunning submission. It was great to see how colour coordinated this first year girls squad was in either pink, black or white.

Everyone looked absolutely gorgeous, so it was a no-brainer for the top spot.

From left to right, congrats to Jasmine Colman (marketing and management), Evelyn Make (law), Ella Basset (English literature and creative writing), Mary Opuchlik (bio medical sciences), Lucy Ryemill (drama and acting), Emily Szanecki (law), Maria Zarajczyk (business), Dariya Chumakovaa (economics) and Scarlett Fewer (business).

Best Dressed Couple

Eve Mak and Simon Thackery were giving newlyweds in this fab outfit combo.

This gorgeous couple made a statement with their fits, and I am here for it.

Both first year law students, we hope they will continue to slay with their outfits for many years to come.

Best Dressed Girls

Simmie Madan absolutely stunned in this green sequin look. Simmie is studying for a master’s in clinical psychology.

First year computer science student Myra Lai looked fabulous in this floral dress with a matching headpiece.

Grace Adul, a first year law with international relations student, rocked this stylish red dress, and we are living for it.

Favour Oniri is an absolute style queen to look out for.

In her first year studying politics and international relations, Favour made her mark on the ball in this beautiful green frilled dress.

And last but not least, Aimee Fogarty, a first year biochemistry student, pulled off this black dress and white heels look. Stunning.

It was great to see so many great looks from the night.

Honourable mentions go to an absolutely fabulous proposal video from Royal Holloway student Benjamin James Tagg, who has made fellow student Ellie-Mae Wyke his fiancée at the Royal Holloway Summer Ball in the middle of the dance floor.
