MAFS’s Sierah insists ‘footsie’ scandal with Adrian was just her ‘repositioning her body’

One of the many, many drama-filled moment on MAFS Australia 2025 was the dinner party in which Sierah appeared to be rubbing her leg against Adrian’s – even though they had both been matched with other people. Sierah now denies anything happened in this moment.

Here’s a quick refresher. At the second dinner party, Adrian and Awhina were going through a rough patch. Sierah and Billy’s relationship wasn’t going super well. Adrian and Sierah sat next to each other, and appeared to play “footsie” under the table. Sierah then seemed to pucker her lips.

Sierah now insists no cheating took place, and the show was just edited to make it look like she was rubbing her leg against Adrian’s.

During an Instagram Q&A, a MAFS Australia viewer asked Sierah, “What was with the footsies under the table if there was nothing going on between you and Adrian?”

Sierah responded with five points of rebuttal. She wrote: “1. Billy wasn’t actually sitting to the left of me.

“2. That doesn’t even look sexy nor does it actually look like we are touching.

“3. What actually happened was Billy accused me of saying something, then moments later denied it. When I got annoyed, he told me to ‘calm down’ and was actually called out for being controlling by the experts for this (obv not shown but is a verifiable fact). Adrian told Billy he was shutting me down and this moment is me repositioning my body away from Billy because he upset me… I put my face in my hand and said ‘thanks for sticking up for me’ the pout was me trying not to cry… So yes, MAFS used something that happened to me, against me.

“4. It’s insulting that anyone would think I’d be dumb enough to rub someone up in that environment.

“5. I’ve got more game than that guys.”

Sierah has not held back her opinions on the way MAFS Australia was edited. She said on her Instagram: “MAFS is actually a game of manipulation. People team up and collude to take others down. MAFS editing is deranged. Villainising me was a stretch because I never bullied, isolated, intimated or did anything malicious to anyone. I don’t have anything to apologise for. It was sensationalised bullsh*t.”
